What His Friends and Colleagues Say About Councilor Corro:

Ignacio Bunye, (former Muntinlupa Mayor/Congressman):

"Many credit me as the Father of Cityhood of Muntinlupa. Let me just state that the process was not easy. We went through the tortuous process of obtaining congressional support for cityhood, conducting public information, campaigning for its approval during the plebiscite. All throughout, Raul Corro served as my indefatigable point man. If I am regarded as the Father of Cityhood, Raul Corro can be considered its 'Architect.'"
