Good day Atty. Corro. Thanks a lot for coming up with your website which is a refreshing treat to your constituents like me. I truly appreciate all your genuine concern to us, Muntinlupenos, through your different plans and projects geared for the good of all. With this piece, I want to assure you that I'll be behind all your coming cool changes and endeavors to spread soon in Muntinlupa City. Please keep them coming, my dear Cool Councilor. May God be with you always. Godbless Muntinlupa.

Muntinlupa deserves the cityhood. It deserves two seats in Congress as well. Not everyone probably knows that our city is referred to as the Emerald City of the Philippines. Other cities were given important names, but none as elegant or sophisticated as a precious stone. From an obscure beginning, a sleepy town in fact, Muntinlupa transformed into a progressive and most improved city in the metropolis. It now boasts of first class villages and a growing number of malls, hotels and business establishments. And I was told that in terms of land area, our city is among the largest in Metro Manila. Congratulations to Councilor Corro, the "Architect of Cityhood of Muntinlupa," and to all Muntinlupenos on our city's anniversary. Happy to be a Muntinlupeno. God bless!

It has been months since I had the chance to speak with you personally through a common friend. Thank you for the hospitality you extended to us. As a PLMun alumnus I am very thankful for all the sacrifices and efforts you did for the good of PLMun and all its stakeholders. Your involvement with the alma mater started from the very beginning. At the time when the Muntinlupa Polytechnic College (MPC) was still in its planning stage, you were there working tirelessly with then Mayor Toting Bunye and Joe Leuterio to ensure that a tertiary educational institution in Muntinlupa, which was then still a municipality, would be established. There was opposition to the founding of MPC mainly coming from political leaders who lack vision and from people who could not muster enough courage to fight for the interest of posterity. At that time you were just a young lawyer eager and willing to serve the public to the best of your abilities. The pioneering generation of MPC graduates, of which I belong, is forever grateful for your invaluable service. Mayor Toting Bunye was right in bringing you to his team. It will not be forgotten. MPC was founded because there were people like Toting Bunye, Joe Leuterio and Raul Corro who dared to dream and dream big.
Over the years you did not forget MPC. When the time has come for the college to be upgraded, you took again the initiative, like a lover who always sees only the good of her loved one, to sponsor a city ordinance converting MPC into a university called Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun). The first leaders of MPC are now retired from public service, but Atty. Corro still stands strong and is still in love with PLMun. The MPC-PLMun alumni leaders have shared their dreams with you. And we are happy that there is a leader like you who always welcome sincere and honest-to-goodness ideas for the betterment of PLMun. For this reason and many more I give my wholehearted support to you. Mabuhay po kayo Atty. Raul Corro! Magtatagumpay and tulad ni Atty. RAUL CORRO!
